  • 2022 Cover 3 Coach Draft (06/15)

    The Cover 3 crew assembles their dream coaching staffs, draft style. With quarterbacks, pass catchers, linemen and backers all drafted, the crew needs coaches to lead them on the field. The six-round draft requires each host to pick one head coach, one offensive coordinator, one defensive coordinator and three position coaches. The draft starts with a no-nonsense pick at No. 1 (4:00) but it quickly turns with two position coaches and a defensive coordinator getting selected in the first five picks (10:00). The draft did produce plenty of Ohio State connections but also multiple picks from Georgia and Oklahoma (28:00). Finally, grading all four drafts and analysis of the best coaches not selected (44:30).
